The arsenal of BJJ is vast, encompassing chokeholds, arm bars, and compression locks designed to compel an opponent to surrender. But it’s not just about applying submissions; it’s about transitioning fluidly between positions like North South and full mount to catch opponents off guard and exploit vulnerabilities. We have two black belts offering different approaches for competitors of all shapes and sizes.
